Barnes and Noble NOOK ebook reader Best Quality

I like the convenience of the Nook for travel but it does not work well. It says it goes to the "last page read". My doesn't! Trying to use a bookmark doesn't work nor does "go to the last page read" You can't get to customer service. The battery goes down quickly. Their instructions to delete a book doesn't work as it says to access the menu to delete a book. i can't find a "menu" button. If you are thinking about it wait until they fix their glitches.
